Please note that seat sales and promotional fares are subject to availability and are non-refundable, non-creditable and non-transferable.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions listed below outline general rules for seat sales and some promotions. Specific terms and conditions may apply to individual seat sales and/or promotions which are available for review on our website under ‘Special Offers/Current Promotions’.

1. Seat sales are non-refundable, non-creditable and non-transferable.
2. Changes are permitted within 24 hours of original booking and are subject to applicable upgrade fees.
3. Changes are not permitted after 24 hours following original booking time*.
4. Cancellation of flights or failure to show up for a flight (no show), will result in all fares, fees, surcharges and taxes being forfeited. This will apply to both outbound and return segments of travel booked on the seat sale/promotional fare.

*Some promotional fares may permit changes up to two (2) hours prior to flight departure which will be subject to a change fee of $75.00 CAD (plus GST) which will apply per segment of travel and per passenger. Applicable upgrade fees also apply. If changes are made, the new outbound travel must commence within one year from the original booking date.
