Bookings are non-refundable, non-creditable and non-transferable
Changes permitted within 24 hours of original booking; applicable upgrade fees apply
Changes not permitted after 24 hours following original booking time
Cancellation of flights or failure to show up for a flight will result in all fares, fees, surcharges and taxes being forfeited
